Analog Differential Air Pressure Gauge – Magnehelic® Series 2000 | Dwyer

CATALOG DWYER

Description

The Magnehelic® Series 2000 by Dwyer is an analog measuring instrument designed for monitoring low differential pressure of air and non-corrosive gases. The series offers great flexibility in selection, with 81 available models and 27 configuration options, allowing the instrument to be tailored to different measurement applications.

Using the distinctive frictionless Magnehelic® mechanism, the instrument provides an immediate pressure indication and can be used to measure positive pressure, vacuum, or differential pressure. Its design is highly resistant to vibration, mechanical stress, and overpressure, while the enclosure provides IP67 protection for reliable operation in demanding environments.

For applications requiring higher accuracy, the –HA (High Accuracy) version is available, offering ±1% full-scale accuracy and supplied with a 6-point calibration certificate.

Advantages / Features
• Easy-to-read measurement scale through a specially designed transparent cover that does not distort the indication and allows clear reading even from a distance.
• Immediate response to pressure changes thanks to the patented Magnehelic® mechanism, enabling quick assessment of critical operating conditions.
• Robust construction with high-quality components and a sturdy housing for long service life and reliable operation.
• Reduced maintenance requirements due to the frictionless mechanism.
• High-accuracy version (–HA) available with twice the accuracy of the standard model.

Applications
The Magnehelic Series 2000 is used in many differential air pressure monitoring applications, such as:
• Monitoring air filters in HVAC systems
• Measuring air velocity in combination with a Dwyer Pitot tube
• Monitoring vacuum in blowers
• Indicating fan pressure
• Measuring pressure in ducts, rooms, or buildings
• Indicating positive pressure in clean rooms
